I received a call regarding "my accident." Clearly a dodgy scheme, so I promptly terminated the call.

I've had a couple of calls from this number; the phone rings just a couple of times before they cut off. Very odd behaviour!

Overlooked

I recently received a rather disjointed and brief phone call from a lady who insisted that I’d been involved in a car accident. I couldn’t help but respond that such a scenario seemed implausible, seeing as I don’t even possess a vehicle. To that, she simply muttered “alright” before abruptly ending the conversation. Quite odd, if you ask me!

I reckon this might be a case of dialling the wrong digit unless I've got any reason to think differently.

I was curious if there had been any reports about me being involved in a car crash, but that's completely unfounded.

I recently received a call concerning my mishap. I couldn’t help but crack a joke about an incident where I accidentally ran someone over. The woman on the other end seemed to believe I might actually have grounds for a claim! It's quite amusing, really!

Purporting to be from Firstsource Contact Services, but I highly doubt their credibility. They were inquiring about a recent accident of mine. Seems rather suspicious!

No response received, and they didn’t return my call.

She kept insisting that if it wasn't me involved in the crash, it had to be someone else linked to my address. Right, as if! Total con!

I recently received a call from this lot too. Fortunately, my phone's calling app flagged them as con artists right away!

They called me thrice before cutting off abruptly. I've now added them to my blocked numbers list.

They've branded themselves as top-tier contact services or something similar. Managed to get hold of me, insisting that I'd had an accident (which is utterly untrue) and then proceeded to ask for my name before abruptly ending the call. This has happened multiple times over the last week.

“I just received a message stating that you believed I’d been in a car crash recently. That’s simply not true! Could you kindly remove me from your records? (But they disconnected right before I could finish my sentence.)”
