Got a call from a right sassy lady who refused to say who she was. So, I called the number back - 0121 794 0003 - and what d'you know, it was another one of those PPI calls! Proper cheeky!

This number rang me up and when I told them I wasn’t interested in surveys or sales pitches, they got quite rude, insisting they weren’t a marketing firm and implying I was daft for not wanting to claim money. Then they just hung up on me. There’s no clear way to lodge a complaint about them, so my advice is to just pick up and hang up straight away. If you call back, you can press option 1 to remove your details from their system. Fingers crossed it actually works because these folks are really unpleasant and not worth wasting time on. They’re only after a cut of any cash you might be entitled to.
