My elderly mum got a call from this number earlier today, which surprised me since she has call blocking on. The guy on the line, who sounded foreign, already knew where she lived and then began chatting about her BT direct debit. He even asked when her bank card was going to expire. Mum quickly replied, “Why do you need to know that?” and then the caller just hung up.
