I recently had an unpleasant experience with Van Plus. My husband booked a service and called them using my phone to express some concerns. To my frustration, I received four different calls from their sales team in just half an hour, all trying to persuade me to arrange another booking! This is quite shocking, particularly as my complaint remains unaddressed. I feel like I've been hounded by their salespeople. Quite frankly, this company's service leaves much to be desired!
