Got a call from someone saying they were from a nearby firm doing discounted boiler upgrades with the council. The council doesn’t have any such offers going on. They had called an unlisted number and when I asked what company they represented, they just ended the call. Pretty sure it was a scammy autodialler call centre.

I've been getting calls from different numbers that look pretty alike, all from some firm called Nexbridge (looked it up). They’ve rung me like 9 times just since yesterday. I usually don’t pick up these sorts of calls, but they’re really persistent!

This number kept ringing me every day for like two weeks, so I decided to pick up. They were trying to tell me about a deal for getting a new boiler. I told them I already got a new one about a year and a half ago. They were really polite and said they’d note it down so I shouldn’t get more calls from them. Hopefully that’s true!
