I got a call from someone saying they were from Homes UK.

Received a call this morning from a woman with an Indian accent, insisting she was from Currys and trying to tempt me with a bargain on a mobile phone. Definitely a scam!

Got a text from Vodaphone about a missed call from this number but my phone never actually rang. Just blocked it right away.

Got a ring from Carphone Warehouse earlier and it just seemed fishy, like maybe one of those dodgy scams.

Got two calls just a few minutes apart from different numbers, both saying they were from Currys or PC World and trying to give away free phones. The numbers they called from were 0121 714 5602 and 0203 340 2428.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with Phone House or some similar company, trying to pitch deals on iPhones.

Got a call from a lady saying she was from Currys or PC World, saying they had some phone deal through my network. I was like, since when does PC World handle contracts for all UK mobile companies? When I asked why my own provider wouldn't be the one calling me, she just cut me off. Bit fishy if you ask me.
