It appeared he was ringing up for a mobile provider, but I struggled to grasp what he was saying. His accent was distinctly Pakistani and his command of English left much to be desired.

Got a call from some guy who sounded like he was from India, Pakistan or maybe Bangladesh. He said he was ringing for a mobile phone company, but I cut him off right away and told him to buzz off before hanging up. Didn't have time for it at all.
