Today at about 1.45pm, I got a call from 0121 473 0682. A very young lady on the other end claimed there were issues with my internet and told me to open my laptop so she could fix it. I told her I had no idea what she was talking about since my internet's been fine. After a short pause, I told her not to ring me ever again. I’ve now blocked that number and added it to my blacklist.
