I got a call from some number I didn’t recognise, so I just hung up on them. They kept ringing back, so by the third time I told them pretty bluntly to stop bothering me and to bugger off. Not sure why they didn’t get the message the first couple of times.

Got a call about some car accident thingy - I just ended the call straight away but they rang me back three times! Then they left this really long voicemail, like three minutes or something. Tried to listen but couldn't catch what they were saying. When I asked them to be specific about which supposed accident in the last three years, the guy claimed it was some scratch or dent to the back or side of my car. Thing is, my car's never been nicked like that at all! Seems like a total scam if you ask me.

Got a voicemail from some guy whose English was pretty clearly not his native language. The call showed Birmingham as the location, but my phone flagged it as “international,” obviously trying to trick me into picking up and handing over my bank info. Like I’d fall for that! These scammers should be reported straight away to the Police or Action Fraud and hopefully get caught.

08/01/2021 got two calls from someone today, which was really creepy because she knew my first name when I asked who she was speaking to. She wanted to know if I'd got my compensation cheque for an accident claim. Thing is, I never had an accident or filed any claim, and when I asked for details about this supposed accident, she couldn’t say where or when it supposedly took place!
