They rang me up, trying to get me to agree to a 'new phone deal', and later that day I noticed my account showed a purchase for a phone that was more than double the usual price. I contacted Three straight away, and they said they don’t ever call customers to push phone upgrades. They told me if any parcel arrives, don’t accept it and just ask the delivery person to take it back.
