A caller claimed to be from Shell Energy and seemed to know my name and that we'd switched from Green Energy. Thing is, the account isn't even under my name - my husband handles all that. When I told the guy it wasn’t me, he said something like “what do you mean it’s not you?” which felt kinda off. I explained again that my husband’s the account holder, and then he just ended the call. Definitely felt fishy.

Just got home in a cab and got a call that lasted about eight seconds with nothing said, then they hung up straight away. Pretty sure it’s not the cab’s number though. Strange!

I got a call when I arrived home in a cab, but I don't reckon this is the cab's actual number. They rang, stayed silent for about 8 seconds, then cut off straight away.
