I received a call from these folks at around five in the evening on Saturday, the 9th of August, 2014. They didn’t say a word for about a minute before abruptly hanging up. This is now the second time they've attempted to contact me.

So, I got a call earlier from some bloke with a heavy accent claiming his name was John Smith, saying he worked in the Cyber Security Team. He told me there were loads of errors showing up on my computer. I asked which server he was on about, and he replied, "Your server is Microsoft Windows, right?" I just told him to stop being a creep and ended the call straight away.

I got a new phone number from my provider, but just an hour later, someone rang me using the number 01213141516, asking for a person I’ve never heard of. Honestly, it left me totally puzzled and pretty annoyed.

I get calls from this number several times daily, usually about 4 or 5. But whenever I pick up, either the person just hangs up straight away or there’s a voice that just says “bye”! Quite annoying really.
