So this really young, innocent sounding girl rang me up and asked if I’d ever worked somewhere noisy and if it’d caused me any hearing problems. I told her I was struggling to catch what she was saying and that I needed to switch my mobile to speaker mode. After about 5 minutes, she was still on the line, checking if I was still there. Quite weird if you ask me!
