They claimed to be affiliated with Offwat and mentioned having a conversation with someone using this number back in August. I politely informed them that it’s just me at this residence for the past three years.

I tend to avoid picking up calls from unknown numbers; it’s always safer to do a bit of research first. Recently, I found myself needing to contact UU, and funnily enough, they've sent out their own feedback forms. Thank goodness I decided not to pick up!
