These folks were actually quite nice, but it’s a total scam. They claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse and promised deals on upgrades or purchases. Then somehow, they ordered a brand new phone in your name, but the very next day they ring you back, saying there was a mix-up with the delivery. After that, they ask you to send a phone to some private address to sort it out, meanwhile you’re stuck with a 24-month contract you never agreed to. Definitely a sure-fire fraud!
