Absolutely dreadful connection! The chap on the other end had a thick Indian accent and kept rambling on about some insurance nonsense. When I pointed out the rubbish quality of the line, he got a bit confrontational, which was quite silly if you ask me. In the end, I just told him to get lost.

Received a call from someone purporting to be from Carphone Warehouse, suggesting they could help me renew my phone contract and upgrade my device. The thing is, I haven’t had any dealings with them since 2012, and I've started to truly regret ever giving them my number. As soon as I signed up with them, the flood of unsolicited calls began. I strongly suspect this caller wasn't genuinely from Carphone Warehouse, especially since there’s no contract left to "renew". However, I must say he was far more courteous than the bloke from the so-called "Microsoft Anti Virus Support Centre" who rang me just last week.
