It’s so frustrating getting those quiet calls, just drains your energy and time for nothing.

This number rang me a couple times without saying anything. Then, when I answered, a guy with an accent I couldn’t place started pitching some service that supposedly blocks all the annoying spam and telemarketer calls. I just told him I didn’t want it and ended the call.
