The individual on the other end was quite deceitful! He attempted to gain access to my computer under the guise of being a representative from Sky. Claimed that my IP address had been compromised, which sounded rather fishy. Then, astonishingly, he requested that I download some app so he could 'remotely resolve' the issue. Quite concerning, really!
