I got a call from some Indian bloke with a really thick accent, I could barely catch most of what he was saying. He mentioned something about a phone deal but it was all a bit unclear. At the end, he threw out "It's £40 a month, what’s your thought?" I said no right away. When he asked again, I just replied "Like I said, no." The call finished, but then that same number called back a few minutes later, I just ignored it.
