I've noticed this odd situation with a FaceTime contact that's linked to several different phone numbers. This has occurred multiple times, yet I haven't picked up any of these calls. Strangely, it seems that FaceTime remains active and won't disconnect unless I power down my phone. Quite peculiar, isn't it?

I received a call from 01205 500028 which claimed to be from Boston, England. I chose not to pick up.

Just received a dodgy call from someone claiming to be from “o2”, offering me a whopping 40% discount. Definitely not buying it!

Initially, there was nothing but silence, followed by a faint crackle. I managed to catch a fragment of a word before the call just cut off. It's got all the hallmarks of a scam or telemarketing call, so honestly, it’s probably for the best that I let it slip by.

I've received calls from this number linked to multiple scams. An Indian lady, claiming her name was Mary, quizzed me about the brand of my television, washing machine, and the freezer and fridge. She also wanted to know if I owned my property. Quite suspicious if you ask me. After her barrage of questions, she abruptly hung up.

Received a call from someone claiming to represent Carphone Warehouse, spoke in quite a thick Indian accent. He mentioned something about a complimentary phone upgrade. I interrupted, saying, “Hold on a moment, just so you know, this conversation is being recorded for legal reasons.” At that point, he just cut the call! It works a charm every single time! Give it a go!
