A couple of weeks back, I got a call saying my washing machine warranty had expired that very same day. I was like, who even knows warranties last 15 years? And they even got the model wrong! Today, someone rang about an investment I'd never heard of or made cash from. When I said that, they brought up the washing machine again. Told them straight up it sounded like a scam, which was clearly the caller. They got all flustered and stammered before promising to take me off their list. I told them to do it quick, because that was a couple of minutes I’m never getting back!
