The voices sound Indian, and the connection is awful, making it hard to understand what they’re saying. They already have my name and start chatting about housing repairs, pretending they want to assist. Then they ask for my address and landlord details, which immediately set alarm bells ringing for me - smells like a scam to me. Hang up straight away and make sure to block that number!
