No idea why I stayed on the call after he said, "You must be the homeowner, right? How's your day going?" I said, "Honestly, not great. I'm on the TPS list and you’ve just disturbed me." Then he goes, "You must be mistaken! We're from an energy setup firm based in Reading." I told him straight, "Look, I’m really annoyed that you managed to get my number out of nowhere, you don’t even know who I am, and I’m not interested in this chat." I ended the call there and have since blocked the number.

Yesterday, on the 23rd of April, I got a phone call from someone claiming to be with 'Dorset Driveways'. He started chatting about my driveway, yet I haven't a driveway to speak of! I informed him he had the wrong number, and then he just cut the line without another word. It's particularly bothersome, especially since I'm ex-directory and registered with the TPS!
