Got a call from someone saying they were A1 Home Improvements offering £200 off window installs. Told them I’m on the do not call list and asked them to stop, but they said I’m in the phone book. I’ve always had my number unlisted though. They might’ve got hold of an old customer list from a business that’s no longer running as they were quite close with my family name. If they're not honest on the phone, how can you trust they’ll do a decent job? Tried looking for them in the Bournemouth (01202) area but nothing comes up.

I honestly have no clue! I called back and it just went to some recorded message, so I’m pretty sure this is a scam!
