Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, saying my broadband speed was dropping. When I asked for proof they were really from BT, they just said they'd tell me soon. Then they asked me how many devices were linked to my router. I said I didn’t want to say, and they just cut me off, telling me to "get lost" and hung up. I rang BT later and they said they never called me - big surprise there!
