i got a call from a woman who sounded asian, with loads of noise like a busy call centre in the back. she said she was ringing from bt openreach. i quickly hung up since before i had calls from an asian guy (no noise behind him) claiming there was something wrong with my internet, even though my broadband router showed it was working alright :)
