It appears that this so-called "energy specialist" is nothing more than a run-of-the-mill con artist! They were keen to set up a time for evaluating my loft insulation, claiming to provide energy efficiency services. I ended the call rather swiftly and made sure to block their number as well.

Received a rather dubious call from someone claiming to be with a Medical Alert Service, stating I could qualify for a medical alert system. I promptly ended the conversation and proceeded to block the number. Total scam!

The phone rang from an unknown number, so I let it go to voicemail. No message was left, which makes me think it was probably some kind of scam.

Got a call from 01202 once more. I've received a couple of calls from that number before, and they never bother to leave a message. I'd say best not to answer, probably some kind of scam.

They said they were from the local energy advice team, but when I asked if they were just trying to sell something, they admitted they were. I ended the call there. Next time, a woman answered and when I asked the same thing, she swore at me and then cut off. Seems pretty clear what’s going on. It really annoys me how they try to make it seem like they’re working for some official organisation.

So this bloke Chris, who says he’s from some energy firm, keeps ringing me nonstop. I’ve got a whole bunch of other names for him in my phone. Every time I block one number, they just come back through another Bournemouth line. It’s maddening!

They called me a few times but never bothered to leave a message on my answering machine, so I figured it must be some kind of scam.

Got a call earlier today from someone about insulation, saying it was some kind of energy saving service. I never asked for it and wasn’t interested, felt a bit like harassment really. I’m signed up with the TPS, so they should respect that. Honestly, just stop calling me.

This number has called me multiple times, with someone saying they’re my local energy advisor trying to convince me to improve my loft insulation through some government programme. But if they’re pushing other stuff too, like it seems, it really does sound a bit dodgy and like it might be a scam.

Some bloke rang saying he was from this place called “estate exchange” or somethin’, not sure who they really are. It was all about paying for care homes and apparently the government says you have to sell your house first. The call was pretty odd though - every time I tried to reply, the line would drop for a sec, then the caller would ask another question and it happened again. I gave up and just hung up.
