Received a call from a lady with a foreign accent who inquired about loft insulation, specifically calling me by my name. I decided to hang up and have now blocked the number.

Just like the others, this bloke said he was a local energy adviser, but the call wasn’t even from a local code! I barely got a chance to speak, and when I tried to say I wasn’t interested, he completely ignored me and kept going with his spiel. Honestly, there’s no way there’s a list of houses with old insulation - they must reckon we’re mugs. In the end, I just ended the call.
