They keep ringing me up about ten times every day, total pain. Also saw calls from these numbers: 01512451236, 01202137543 and 01512451237. So annoying!

The insulation in the loft is absolutely dreadful.

I seem to receive phone calls at a similar time each morning without fail. The calls go straight to my voicemail, yet they never leave a message. Given the circumstances, I reckon it’s likely a random dialler, possibly in violation of the TPS.

I've been plagued by this incessant loft insulation nuisance call - it rings my number every couple of days, without fail. The first time I picked up, but now I just let it ring out to the voicemail. It's odd, they never bother leaving a message. I do check the number with 1471, and it consistently begins with 01202 137... The final three digits seem to shuffle around, suggesting it's the same dodgy caller just cycling through a list of numbers. What a right bother!

He seems to be the scammer linked to loads of these numbers people have flagged here. A lot have reported him to the cops but unfortunately, they don’t seem bothered since they say it’s not a priority. Fingers crossed someone else can give this scumbag a proper lesson, since the police won’t take action.

Some bloke called Chris about checking my home insulation. When I asked him something and he didn't reply properly, I just stopped responding and he ended up hanging up.

Received a call from someone claiming to be Tom, who reckoned that my insulation could lead to dampness and condensation problems. He offered a complimentary survey, but I told him I wasn’t keen. Despite my disinterest, he just kept pushing the damp issue before I eventually hung up on him. I’m registered with the telephone preference service, so I really shouldn’t be getting these sorts of sales calls. It seems it's the same firm that contacted me before, but they were ringing from a different number: 01202137516.

Absolutely, I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with this lot too; they're nothing but a bunch of rascals! That so-called Chris has called me time and time again. I even told him to remove my number from their list, and wouldn’t you know it? He had the audacity to say I needed to hear him out first! What a cheek! They really have no respect for anyone and ought to be booted off the list entirely.

The Trading Standards Team for the Isle of Wight has put out an alert to locals about a devious loft insulation scam making the rounds on the Island. Numerous reports have flooded in from Islanders who’ve received calls from a Bournemouth number. The caller entices residents with a supposedly complimentary survey to determine if their loft insulation might be the culprit behind any dampness issues. Should you bite and accept the survey, they'll schedule a visit from someone who will assuredly discover various 'problems.' Following this we can almost guarantee they'll offer to rectify these so-called issues at a rather steep price.

It’s the same old con artists using numbers that mimic each other, with just the last few digits differing. It seems they’re trying to disguise themselves as local Bournemouth callers, probably in a bid to raise fewer eyebrows. I won't pick up when I spot this kind of number flashing on my phone!

I received a second call in the span of just two hours from someone claiming to be Tom, inquiring about loft installation. There was a significant pause during the conversation and it was a number from the Bournemouth area. When I requested his postcode, he abruptly ended the call. Typical!

I can relate completely! I received a call from someone who presumed I'd come across information regarding loft insulation. What's puzzling is how they managed to obtain my number when I'm ex-directory. This chap, Tom, even wanted to confirm the spelling of my last name. Thinking I was being courteous, I obliged and then he mentioned that his manager or surveyor would be in touch within a quarter of an hour to schedule a visit, completely free of charge. Quite the cheek, isn’t it?

Fraudster alert!

I've just had a similar sort of call regarding loft insulation from someone named 'Tom'. It felt rather like a clever pre-recorded message that adjusted according to my responses. Curious, I threw out a few off-the-wall questions like, "Is this a recording?", "What was the need for me to spell my last name?" and "Where's your call centre located?" That led to all sorts of alterations in the spiel, and oddly enough, it seemed to loop at times. In the end, 'Tom' claimed to be a newbie in the role and mentioned that his supervisor would be in touch. Then, he abruptly signed off. Quite the peculiar experience!

I've been receiving a series of calls from the numbers 01202137549, 01202137536 at 12:59, and 01202137527 at both 14:31 and 14:59. It all kicked off yesterday, on the 7th of October, 2021. I've decided to jot down the details of these calls but haven’t picked up any of them.
