My elderly neighbour just got fleeced by some bloke named Jason from Drain Health. He tricked her into paying £99.99 for a renewal she never agreed to. Don’t get caught out - just hang up straight away!

I can’t believe how awful these people are, they’ve been harassing my mum nonstop for ages. So nasty and aggressive, really targeting older folks who are easy to fool. It’s so weird that this scammer ring and a couple others I've found seem to operate out of Bournemouth. Seriously, stay well away from 01202096235, total scam!

This needs to be reported to Watchdog ASAP, these lot are targeting vulnerable folks like my gran. They call themselves some kind of debt collectors claiming to shield you from nuisances, but really they’re just scamming people. They even used my mum’s cat’s name as a password to trick her, then told her she owed money and had agreed to a contract. It’s disgusting and shouldn’t be allowed. My 84-year-old mum gets calls from them almost daily, and even though she has a call blocker, she doesn’t really get how it works. Something’s gotta be done about these pests!

I think this firm mainly goes after older folks, claiming to provide stuff like blocking annoying calls, drain covers, Sky TV insurance and loads more. Honestly, I’m not convinced these services are even real. Stay well clear, seriously!

Absolutely dodgy call. The bloke got really aggressive after I said I didn’t have any drainage cover, even started threatening me saying he had the call recorded with the exact time and date. He tried pushing for my bank details. When I said no, he got quite rude and then just cut me off. The creepy part was he not only had my mobile number but also my full name - makes you wonder if people would trust it thinking they’ve got legit info. Really makes you question who’s leaking phone info these days!

An older guy rang my dad about his drain cover direct debit not going through. He then gave my dad a dodgy sort of account number and told him to update it. Luckily I was nearby and told my dad not to share any bank info with him. The bloke said he’d send some forms through.

Got a call from some guy Harry at Drain Health. He told me that I hadn't claimed anything for 2 years so they were dropping my premium by half to £99.99. He actually knew my address, password, and card details which freaked me out a bit. But then he called me by my old name, which made me realise I hadn’t even signed up with them during that time period like he said. Bit shady if you ask me.

Got a phone call from them earlier. They knew loads about me and claimed I’d been a customer for two years without making any claims. They mentioned sending some forms over to check things out. Got a call from someone claiming to be from the drain company I’m supposedly contracted with. Someone phoned me claiming to be from Drain Health, a company I'd never heard of and couldn't find any info about online. I didn’t answer properly, but I reckon this is linked to me blocking calls from another drain company which apparently is dodgy, trying to get your credit card info to renew contracts that aren’t even real. Seems like just another scam to me.

The caller pretended to know part of a password and pressured them to provide the rest. They also asked for credit card info. The caller spoke over them, trying to confuse and make them second guess the situation. It was really close to giving away their full bank details, address, and password, but thankfully they didn't fall for it.

I just got a call from DrainHealth, who somehow had my full name, address, email, and nearly all digits of my debit card. They told me I’ve been covered by drain insurance since 2014 and claimed to have been charging my Halifax card annually. I have no idea how they got all my info when I’ve never dealt with them before. I’m now sorting it with my bank to block the payments. Honestly, be careful and don’t fall for this like I did.

Calls have been coming in twice daily for a few days, no name left on the answerphone. Today was the first time they actually left a message, but it was hard to make out - just a bloke saying something like "wow! what do you do with," but the last couple of words were totally unclear. You could hear a lot of office background noise, and the guy sounded like he had a faint accent, but I couldn’t place where from.
