My landline rang at 10:23 this morning. I let it roll over to voicemail, but as soon as my recorded message kicked in, they just disconnected.

Got a call from someone who said he was giving tips on saving energy locally and already called me by my name. I asked his name, and he said Matthew. Then I wanted to know what company he was representing, but as soon as I asked, he just ended the call without a word!

Someone called me from Reading saying they’re an Energy Advisor and that my loft insulation was rubbish and needed upgrading. Thing is, the details they're giving are completely off and have never been accurate. We’ve been trying to clear up this rubbish for ages, like a decade now. What drives me mad is they keep insisting they're fixing the flawed info, but nothing ever changes! I reckon I've had well over a hundred calls from loads of these so-called consultants.
