Just like what others have mentioned, I received a rather dubious call from someone claiming to be 'Tom' from the government, blathering on about some loft insulation that, quite frankly, we have never had fitted! I was thoroughly baffled as to why he was pestering me (twice within a mere two days, no less!) so I pressed him for answers, and what does he do? Just hangs up! Absolute charlatan!

Oh, and let me not forget, both times came from a withheld number-very telling indeed, isn't it? Complete scam artist!
