got a call from someone saying they were with a " conservation group” and wanted to check an appointment for a loft insulation survey i never arranged. they insisted a brochure had been sent in march about their work, but we never got anything. they kept pushing and it was hard to figure out what exactly they were offering. i ended up hanging up.

I keep getting a couple of rings from 01202081259 but never long enough for me to pick up. I checked the number with 1471 and rang back, only to be greeted by a robotic Asian voice saying “our call is important to us” before bad music played for about a minute, then nobody answered. After waiting a bit, I just hung up. I think calling them back might be a trick to make you pay, so be really careful. I’d say this number is dodgy and you could lose a lot of money if you get involved. Definitely best to ignore it!
