There’s definitely a busy call centre noise in the background, but not a single word from this number, which I’ve gone ahead and blocked.

Just ignore them, they claim to be from Open Reach trying to boost your internet speed. When I said no thanks, they got really aggressive and even threatened to disconnect me. Not worth talking to at all.

Never pick up calls from numbers you don’t recognise. Those scammers really are the worst. Probably haven’t done an honest day’s work in their lives. Honestly, I wish I could spend just a couple of minutes with them, reckon they’d be straight off!
