Got a call from a foreign-sounding bloke on 15/10/2020 who claimed to be with BT Openreach or something like that. When I questioned him, he just hung up straight away. To be safe, I left the phone off the hook for a good three hours to stop him using that number again.

Been getting calls one after the other from different numbers, four in a row now. The first couple were completely silent, the third one just played some automated goodbye message. The last caller actually talked, sounded like an Asian guy, but he hung up right after I said something to him.

Got a call from someone claiming my computer was being hacked or something, then they wanted me to check the lights on my Virgin Media router. Told them I don’t even use Virgin and before I could say more, they just hung up. Pretty clear that was a scam.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach. They kept insisting I needed to install some app on my router. They kept calling me sir over and over, but wouldn’t say who they were really trying to reach. When I joked that my router’s covered in flashing lights at Christmas, they didn’t seem to find it funny at all. Their tone was quite pushy and aggressive. Definitely felt like a scam, seemed quite threatening and honestly just plain annoying.

Some bloke called me, talking in what seemed like a Indian or Pakistani tongue. When I couldn't understand or speak their language, they just ended the call. Pretty strange!
