Received a rather peculiar phone call today from a woman claiming to be Elena Williams representing Microsoft. She insisted that there had been some dodgy activity linked to my account involving pornography. Strangely enough, she accused me of not being truthful and went on about how I could always alert the authorities if I felt the need. Quite the bizarre encounter if you ask me!

If you ring and ask for Andy in Customer Service, you can make a complaint directly. Honestly, shutting down their phone numbers might be the most effective way to stop them bothering people.
