Totally a rip-off. Never get back to the email or call that number. Better off reporting it straight away to [email protected]

After checking out the responses to this number, I’m certain that these callers... In my case someone named Brandi Brewer... Are total fraudsters. I didn’t answer the call from 0118 328 7137 and have sent the details to [email protected]. It baffles me how these people manage to keep doing this and upsetting so many folks.

I reached out to Amazon about this and they assured me that it’s not connected to them at all.

Just got an email claiming it was from 'PRIME' thanking me for renewing my subscription, which I never did. Totally looks like a scam - watch out! The phone number’s listed at the bottom but don’t bother calling it.

I just got an email expressing gratitude for renewing a PRIME membership that I definitely don’t possess. It's obviously a scam. I’d advise against calling the number listed at the bottom of the email.

Could you update my report email to the government’s official email shown here: [email protected]? Thanks!

Got an email from someone called "prime" about an order, and the message included this number too. Not sure what it’s about.

I received what appeared to be a scam email purporting to be from Amazon, rather than a phone call, which I noticed has already been reported here.

Got an email claiming it was a receipt for a payment over £300, with a phone number to call back. Thing is, we never bought anything, so be careful.

I got these weird emails from three different Gmail addresses, all about some Prime order but no sign of Amazon anywhere. They all thanked me for some purchase with different amounts listed and asked me to ring a certain number. One came from Sarah Sanders with a charge of £299, another from Nicholas Robinson asking for £399, then Keith Hunter's for £349. Definitely looks dodgy to me.

Got an email from someone called Gary Moreno about a Prime Receipt, saying I've got two Prime memberships for a year at £379.99. It says the payment is done and that the amount will appear on my account within 24 hours. If I need to reach out, they gave this number: +44 1183287137. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Got a message saying my Amazon Prime yearly subscription was charged at £395, with an invoice attached. I've never signed up for Prime, so this has to be a scam. I’m not planning on replying at all. I’ve already reported the message to [email protected].

Got an email claiming I bought a one year Amazon Prime subscription and that payment was successful. I looked at my bank statement and nothing was taken out. The email included a phone number to call about it. I never dialled this number. This has got to be a scam.

Got a message from Gary Moreno about a year-long subscription at £399.99, plus email confirmation. The contact details matched the one mentioned earlier. Definitely a repeat of what I saw before.

Just got an email off someone called Brandi Brewer, says I've bought two one-year Prime memberships for £309.29. I’ll have to look at my bank account when I get the chance. From what I’ve seen in the reviews, it sounds like a total scam. The number they gave to call is +44 1183287137.

I got this email saying it was from Amazon, telling me my Prime subscription had been renewed - but I’ve never signed up for it. They asked for a payment of more than £300 and said if I had questions, to ring a certain number. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

I got two emails saying my Amazon Prime had been renewed and to ring them up to confirm. They wanted me to pay £300 for the renewal. It’s a total con - the very first email was from something like Ama Zon!!! Avoid it!

I got an email with a bill for PRIME charging £339, but when I called the number provided, a guy named Timothy White said it’s included for free with my broadband bundle. Isn’t Timothy White a chemist or something? This all felt a bit off to me.
