This so-called 'Windows' caller told me my computer was hacked and pushed for my info. When I asked for proof, they gave me a number and a Microsoft address. I checked with Microsoft in Reading and they said they're not behind this and never call customers like that. The caller even threatened to block my computer if I didn’t comply. I ended up reporting the whole thing to Action Fraud.
