This morning, I received a call from a number that featured a male voice instructing me to press 1 to listen to a text message. Turns out, it’s associated with Page One's text delivery service. They claimed that one of their clients had sent me a text-to-speech message and requested my phone number for tracking purposes. I wasn’t keen on sharing my details, however, and refused outright; I’d rather not have my number circulated. I’m planning to bring this issue to the attention of Ofcom.
