I usually dont pick up if I dont know the caller and this time was the same, I just let it ring until my answerphone kicked in and they ended the call. If its urgent they’d ring again, plus you can always look up the number afterwards if you wonder who it was.

Got a call from someone with a strong Indian accent, really hard to catch what they were saying. It was about a free loft insulation survey, but I reckon it's a scam to rip you off. They kept mentioning health and safety stuff which I don't see how it relates to loft insulation at all. The worst bit was when I asked which firm they were with, all I got was mumbling. Proper annoying!
