I got a call from someone named 'Mary' who was in a call centre, you could hear loads of noise in the background. She was speaking really fast and mumbling stuff I just couldn’t follow, so I asked her to speak slower. Then, just like that, the line went dead!

I've been getting persistent nuisance calls from this number; they're rather bothersome. More often than not, they leave my line in an 'open' state, which means I can’t use my phone properly. Best to steer clear and NOT pick up the phone if you see this number!

I received a call from this number on the 9th of March at around 4:45 in the afternoon. It was unfamiliar, so I chose not to pick up. The call went to voicemail but they didn’t leave any message. It seems evident that they didn’t have anything important to say to me. This gave me the opportunity to investigate who it might be, and lo and behold, it looks like yet another scammer trying their luck. Unfortunately, these sorts of calls are far too common these days, and the ever-growing list of blocked numbers just keeps expanding, as they never use the same one twice!

I’ve had quite enough of this relentless barrage of scam calls! My answering machine kicks in, but those unseen cowards never bother to reply-clearly too preoccupied with hunting for their next unwitting victim to swindle. Being of an older generation and living solo, it poses quite the challenge to reach the phone, especially with my arthritis acting up if I happen to be upstairs or tending to the garden. If the caller ID shows a number I don’t recognise, it’s an immediate pass for me. This sort of behaviour ought to be curtailed; it’s nothing short of harassment and an invasion of my privacy!

got a call from someone claiming to be ‘bt’ saying i had to log into my laptop or any internet device straight away due to an urgent issue they needed to fix. they said they were doing maintenance nearby. when i said no, they snapped back that my service would be cut off for three weeks while they worked. seriously mate! don’t fall for this, bt legit wouldn’t ask you to do that.

I said "no thanks" three times, yet she kept going like I wasn’t even speaking. At last I told her to listen properly and stop talking over me. I made it clear we don’t want any survey, no calls, and if I get another call I’ll report her for harassment. She promised to take me off the list.
