I received a call from a lady who had a strong foreign accent, claiming she was inquiring about my life insurance. When I pressed her for the name of the company and the specifics of the matter, she abruptly ended the call. Quite suspicious, I must say!

When your phone buzzes a few times but then cuts off, it's worth looking up the number here. Most of the time, it’s some sort of scam call.

Answered the phone with a simple hello and got no reply, just loads of shouting in Hindi in the background. Pretty sure it's another one of those scammy Indian call centres ringing me over and over again from who knows where. I've blocked the number now, don't fancy dealing with whatever they're after.
