This caller actually knew my name and launched into a long talk about security for those over 50. I told him straight away it was an unwanted sales call and I wasn’t interested. He then argued that it wasn’t a sales call and claimed it wasn’t unsolicited either, saying “how else would you know about this?” It was a real struggle to get him to stop. I said I couldn’t tell if he was a scammer trying to get my info, which finally made him end the call. Definitely not a nice experience.
