I got a call from a lady claiming she was checking up on life insurance policies and mentioned it was a review done for all the big life insurance firms. She kept pushing me to share my policy info right then and there on the phone. When I told her I'd rather get the details through email, she wasn't having any of it. Really wasn't much use.

I received a call from someone claiming they wanted to help me alter my life insurance, insisting they were aware I'd recently acquired a policy-which, by the way, isn’t true at all. Initially, I chatted with a bloke, then a woman named Lisa came on the line. It's quite clear this number is dodgy and likely part of a scam.

Got a ring from this bloke today, 30/5/23. Sounded nothing like he was from Bristol, and there was a lot of background chatter, like he was in some call centre. He kept rambling about a “review team” and then mentioned something about life insurance. I told him I hadn’t requested any calls and started to put the phone down, and he had the cheek to say I was being rude! Best to just ignore them.

Had a woman ring me up, sounding like she wasn’t from around here, trying to offer a free life insurance check-up. She kept saying it wasn’t a cold call, even though it was pretty clear. I was lucky to have a bit of time to keep her chatting and waste about ten minutes of hers.
