Someone rang me up purporting to represent a firm named "Reliable Appliances," suggesting I might want insurance for my kitchen gadgets. I informed him that everything in my kitchen was already covered. Undeterred, he attempted to pitch insurance for my boiler and washing machine, but I had to let him know that those were already sorted too. Can't say it was the most productive call!
