Sounds like one of those lottery con tricks. They promised me 10 free lucky dip tickets but kept pushing to have me sign up, claiming they’d get me lottery tickets for just 5p each. Asked for my bank info too, which was a big red flag. Needless to say, the 10 free tickets never turned up.

Today, just now, I got a call that dropped as soon as I picked up. It happened before as well, back on 13/05/21. After peeping at this forum, I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with the National Lottery. They said if I signed up for £12 a month, I’d get 10 free lines and then 260 lines each month after. I rang the official National Lottery to check and turns out it’s a complete scam. Avoid it!
