Got a call earlier today, and when I picked up they asked if I was a certain first and last name. I said yes, then they just ended the call. Could hear loads of noise in the background which was a bit creepy. I’ve heard people mention those calls where if you confirm your name, they can supposedly withdraw money from your bank. Really hope that’s not what this was about.

I called the number back and some bloke called James picked up, saying "claims help desk, how can I assist?" I just ended the call straight away since I never made any claim, sounded dodgy to me. Definitely a scam!
