Got a call from someone pretending to be Vodafone, saying I could either lower my bill or get an early upgrade. They even asked if I was self-employed. Complete nonsense, don’t fall for it!

Got a dodgy call from some bloke saying I should put money into his company. He had an Indian accent and would ring me now and then from what looked like my own local Malaysian number. Kept going on about how they could make me loads of cash. I even blocked another number before that came from the UK, but it was the same sort of spiel, Indian voice again, pushing me to invest. Honestly, I reckon it's the same gang that's running those IRS scams over in America.

They began calling yesterday, but nothing happened then. Now, they’ve called thrice this afternoon.

Received a call purporting to be from O2, saying they needed to discuss my account. However, seeing as my account isn’t even up for a review at the moment, I decided to cut the call short. It could very well be a dodgy attempt at a scam or simply a telemarketer taking their chances.

I received a call from someone claiming to be with Prestige Telecom, mentioning something regarding eligibility for a business plan on my EE mobile. Just as I was about to ask for more details, they abruptly ended the call. How odd!
