NPower, their customer service is rather lacking, I must say.

Received a call at precisely 9:53 on the 3rd of August, 2022.

I didn’t get a message from them and I wasn’t about to ring back. Had loads of calls this week already, barely picked up any. 1e159ph

I switched away from npower due to their awful customer support and the fact they kept increasing my direct debit, which ended up with me having hundreds in credit. Getting my refund was a nightmare, took ages but I finally got it. After I gave up and left, I owed them a small amount. They sent a final bill which I cleared on the same day it arrived, yet they still chased me for that money. I complained and even suggested they should give me back the small amount I’d overpaid. Eventually, they refunded me after I sent them a recording of one of their clueless staff members.
