They were really impolite, honestly.

Got a call from a bloke who kept insisting he was with an energy firm. He was muttering a lot, so I asked him to say it again. Next thing, he started shouting at me over the phone. When they couldn’t get hold of whoever they were after, they tried to squeeze personal info out of me. I didn’t hang about and just cut the call off. Proper rude behaviour.
